  • 1 tomato
  • 1 onion
  • 1/2 cucumber
  • 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon cumin powder
  • 1/2 tsp chaat masala
  • 1 tsp coriander, chopped
  • 1 tablespoon lemon juice
  • salt to taste


1. Finely chop tomatoes, onions and cucumber.

2. In a bowl, add chopped vegetables, red chili powder, salt, cumin powder, chaat masala, coriander leaves and lemon juice.

3. Mix everything well.

4. Fry papad on the griddle.
